Good food is served at a reasonable price in a stylish ambience. But enough employees were missing for 5 stars. Not working toilets and the orientation to the buffet also depressed top rating.

The view and ambience are perfect, unfortunately the buffet is not quite. We went to dinner and it wasn't handed in for a long time. But it was tasty and I was full too, so not that bad. The staff was friendly and very quick to serve, which I really liked. Priced within the framework.

Nice menu. Unfortunately we were only there at 3pm. The lunch menu is only available until 3 p.m. Unfortunately you couldn't see it from the outside.

We were really surprised what a piece of jewelery was hidden inside. A very cozy, chic beach house with a view of the Weser. The plaice was delicious, individual requests were taken into account, the herring was delicious! The in-house dark beer was tasty, the dark chocolate was plentiful. Great value for money, I can happily recommend it!

Sitting outside on the terrace and enjoying the sunset, fantastic. From 6 p.m. buffet. For € 19.90 very good with a large selection.

Very well organized. Nice view of the Weser. We went here for breakfast with the whole family and had a wonderful time. Food very tasty, large selection. Staff very friendly and helpful. Even special requests were accepted (extra thanks). Although the restaurant is always very busy, the atmosphere is very relaxed. Keep it up!

In the beach hall in Bremerhaven there is an evening buffet with starters, main courses and desserts. You have a very nice view of Willy-Brandt-Platz and the Weser. The staff is extremely friendly and the quality of the food and drinks is high. All in all, a visit here is highly recommended.

This restaurant is not able to roast a steak to the desired cooking level, let alone implement Corona protective measures properly (cards are passed on to other tables without disinfection and guests at the buffet are only asked to wear gloves if they wish. I would strongly advise against a visit!

From the outside you can't see what a great restaurant is hidden inside. Food (buffet) was terrific. Service great, hygiene concept implemented well. A must for the next visit to Bremerhaven.

Quite well. We had plaice. I don't think we'll be back because we're only on short vacation.

At the entrance there was a sign that you should wait here and that you will be assigned a seat. We stood there and were pointed out by the staff, who looked at us strangely, that you can come in without being asked. We got a menu and ordered the drinks at the same time. Only drinks and hot dishes were on the menu. When we wanted to order something to eat, we were surprised to hear that from 3pm to 6pm there was only coffee and cake. Nevertheless, we were given the menu for the "normal" food beforehand and not pointed out ... The coffee we ordered wasn't good either. Shortly afterwards we left the restaurant. During the entire time we did not have to provide any data and apart from the fact that the staff was wearing an MNS, no hygiene precautions could be seen. Bad service, can't comment on the food.

Very nice ambience, great view and location. The food (buffet) was very, very tasty and a large selection of fish, meat, side dishes and bedside tables. Various cakes and several types of ice cream. Staff were attentive, friendly and often on hand to clear or take orders. Prices are reasonable and not too expensive. Rather cheap.

Homemade pies and cakes - excellent. Very well located, nice view. Courteous staff. One star deducted because the coffee specialties were a little long in coming. Meals were served at the neighboring tables that looked good and - according to observations - also tasted very good.

I have seldom experienced something as unfriendly as today: Due to my lactose intolerance, I asked whether dish XY is also offered without lactose-free or whether something else would be possible without dairy products. The waitress laughed (!) And said that basically everything was with milk. I should take a salad from the salad bar when I want to eat something. We then canceled and went to Lloyds (they were able to adjust to the lactose intolerance without any problems, like everyone else so far). The intolerance in the "beach hall" seems to be on a human level. Here it seems impossible to meet guests in a friendly manner and offer alternatives. Never again!

Very nice place. Inside and outside with a view of the Weser. The service is very good. The food was delicious and the cake for dessert was a perfect end.

Nice restaurant with outside terrace behind glas. Great to prevent you from the wind. Wonderful location to watch the sunset over the waddensea. Even tables are blocked, odd are available to ensure covid 19 distancing. Great menu with just enough entries to choose from. Fish, meat, salad or a small bistro entry. German quality and fair prices.

Excellent buffet. All freshly cooked and a huge choice. Its extremely popular with locals and rightly so. Staff were friendly and attentive. They managed to squeeze us in at 7.30pm on Wednesday so clearly a very popular restaurant. Food was good and can recommend.

Very nice location with great view. Poor service, only german speaking staff. Desserts served look differently than in menu. All of these with quite high prices

Good service. The wait staff let me in with my grandparents a little early so they wouldn't need to sit in the car. I will visit again.

WARNING!!!!!!Waiting time super super long!!! I was there with my family and I have two young children. The restaurant has a great location and great view towards to the sea. We got to the restaurant at 3 pm after the visit to the zoo. The waiter was nice to show us in but we waited 20 minutes till we can get any waiter's attention. No one brought us menu nor offer drinks. Even when the waiter finally brought the menu he left without asking us if we want to drink anything. At this point I had just got up, put on my jacket and ready to get my family out of there. My husband opened the menu and on the first thing you read on the menu actually saids in German " at this restaurant has a long waiting time, we ask for your patience." Really???? Is this your restaurant model? I would not go back. Because of the rating system , I have give some star, but to be honest and fair, I cannot give any stars to the food of the restaurants. Because I didn't have the time and patient children to wait for another God knows how long for a glass of water or coffee. I am glad I lefted.
